'92 850 Key Fob only flashes the blinkers, does not unlock. Topic is solved

Why it's in F and not in C?
1st problem is...that ecc is NOT for '92.
That's why i asked for a picture of whole dashboard.
This is how early ecc for early cars from '91-early '94 looks:
Ecc from the picture you posted is from late '94-'97.

The same one in C for '91-early '94 should look like the one from the picture i posted.

Because....when you post a picture of whole dash....we can determine if the dash is original or was replaced sometime in the past.
That answer will provide more answers about what factory alarm the car have from the factory(basic alarm,guard alarm I)...since guard alarm II came from late '94 for model year '95.
If the dash is replaced...the LED by the windshield is also from late 850(it comes with the dash).The wiring & connector is different for that LED for early and later cars and the LED indicator itself came in two versions.
That anwers will provide the answer what double relay you need(there is black & grey for early cars and brown for later cars) for central locking to work properly.
I still claim that the LED you have by the windshield didn't come from the factory for '91,'92 & '93 850....but i need to see it,it's wiring and connector to be able to conclude if it's from later car(wiring comes with the dash).

Forgot to add....this fob is for guard alarm II,which again...is pretty strange.
