I would suggest it is a Ferrari 512 TR.

It may be a Nissan based on the license plate. Actually quite a good looking car, similar looking to a Volvo 480 of the 1990's.

It's a hatchback with a replacement square top on the back.

It is a Nissan. Save for the wheels, it's all stock, all factory. Sold in N America.

There was a Nissan Silvia S13 wagon, but maybe it is a reflection in the rear glass that makes it look like a hatchback has a topper added. The wagon version did not have that. So I'm not sure what it is.
