Grill fasteners PV544
Grill fasteners PV544
I have been struggling to remove the grill on my 1959 544. I see within the fender near the headlight buckets two 3/8” (?) nuts on each side of the grill. Are these nuts threaded onto posts that attach the grill?

Just the insert or the surround ?

It's been too long since I took that stuff off the Duett, but the insert can come out without disturbing the surround.
