Emissions fail on 2006 S80

Hi

Code 0089

Says replace fuel pressure regulator

Normally this goes on the fuel rail.

Mine doesn't have this on the rail.

Please advise of other places I can look for this regulator or how to solve this issue.

Everyone answer but Neal up in Canada. Lol!
