2007 XC90 Antiskid ASC yaw sensor box Repair

I have a 07 XC90 3.2 FWD with 130K. Two months ago I had all the ABS / vacuum pump replaced, they said at the time my it would be a good idea to replace my ASC yaw sensor box as they said because of the age it may have corrosion and send a code. It was an additional $700 so I said no. Well a few days ago I had the antiskid triangle come on, so I took ASC yaw sensor box and the plug does look corroded, dirty and such. I know my drains for the sunroof are good I replaced them several years ago so I do not think it is water damaged. Anyway I am looking for any information anyone has for the best place to source the anti skid ASC yaw sensor box Volvo part # 30667512-AB.

I sympathize with your problem.
I don't have a 30667512 Yaw module but can pass on the following wisdom:
Clean up the 4 pins of the module to remove the corrosion.
-Use a cardboard nail file and cut it to size to reach the module's pins.
-Get some electronic contact cleaner or IPA to rinse the pins.
-Dry using a little compressed air.
Inspect the 4 pins of the harness female plug with a magnifier.
If really bad, you may need to splice a new plug from a wrecking yard.

Re-connect the module in the car and fire up VIDA (you have VIDA right?).
Connect to the car, go to Diagnostic, Vehicle Communication, Select the BCM and look under Parameters.
You should see the data returned by the sensor - is data available and sensible (see picture)?

In my 30773379 Yaw sensor, Volvo (ATE) have used those dubious Press-On-The-PCB pins.
These pins are used in other modules and can become flaky (solder them to the PCB for a reliable contact).
The yaw sensor is not easy to open and fix but you have nothing to lose.
The chances of a bad module are low in my experience.

I have one, but not a part number match. When I bought my 05 XC90 and was fixing various issues I got ahead of myself and ordered this off eBay. Ended up just needing to recalibrate the existing one at the dealer to solve ABS issue. If you can make use of this one it’s yours for $75 shipped in lower 48.

And for fun, here's the magic inside these modules:
2x accelerometers, measuring front/back and side-side axes (upper-right)
1x gyroscope for yaw measurements (upper-left)
1x Custom masked TMS980 DSP chip.
PCB holes (red rectangle) is where the outside pins connect.
You can bet that a fair bit of engineering has gone into this unit.
