Rear parking sensors on the front?

The previous owner of my 2001 XC70 updated the front and rear bumper covers to the 2003 or 04. The rear including parking sensors i believe are working without canbus. Nothing shows up on VIDA and i had a look at the wiring and power connection only two wires. I need to have a better look at it but i am thinking of installing sensors on the front bumper. Issues are the tone of the beeping needs to be different from the back, i will wire it to the reverse lights same as the back. however it could be handy when pulling out of a parking spot??

Has anyone else done this mod to their cars?
