Im having problems again with this Drivers Door Module after buying a replacement unit a few years ago. You need to open it up and clean it but you may also need to re-carbon the key tips. Search "carbon for keypads" for more info. I watched a video where carbon was re applied to the underside of the silicon pad. I will try this and post the results.

I have four DDMs to play with, i should get atleast one working. I bought some conductive pads or pills of the internet and they work great, problem is attaching them as nothing will stick to silicon rubber. The graphite or carbon tip on the drivers door window switch is showing a high resistance compared to the others so i am fairly sure thats the problem. Theres a repair shop in the US called Buttonworx who makes new button that can be stuck under the keypad, this might work?
