New genuine PCV unit on 3.2 making squeaking noise

I recently installed a new genuine Volvo PCV unit on my 2013 XC60 3.2. After about 4 days, I noticed that after driving it for a while, at low speeds I can hear a squeak whenever I accelerate. I'm not sure if it's happening while driving at high speeds. It also happens the loudest when the engine shuts off. I can force it to happen at idle by opening the oil cap, as seen in my video.



I heard that it may just need to break in for a little while, but it's been a couple months now, and it has only got slightly better.

It's running fine, and no codes are being thrown. I just want to see if anyone has seen this, or can comment if it's ok to wait and see if it goes away, or put back on the old one and warranty it.
