Greetings once again,
The power steering pump on my 850 has been leaking since I bought the car(3 years ago), it had stopped for a while after I put in a can of at205, but now i had to change the fluid after draining the pump, and it leaks like hell once again.
Question is, has anyone ever taken the pump apart and replaced the seals? Replacing the steering pump would be very expensive where I live

I have never heard of that being done, but can't think why it is not possible to replace a seal. Hardest part will be find the right seal. You will have to remove the pulley wheel, but some suppliers supply them with no pulley so that must be fairly easy to remove.
There used to be a lot in the junkyards here, but they are getting harder to find.
Neil.
