I just checked - my wife's first car was a 1978 Honda Civic 1500 CVCC. Oil capacity was 3.2 QT. We still have the car but do not drive it.

I suppose by mass, oil is an insignificant heatsink. Its mass is dwarfed vs. the block itself. I drove that BYD from Munich to Innsbruck and back for back-to-back conferences. It was a gas hybrid and returned something like 50 mpg highway. It was too electronic but as tight as my x3 on the road, and fit finish top shelf.

Just back from Portugal where we had a Citroen Hybrid that was ok as a rental for 10 days. However we did use Uber taxi's a couple of times on our last day as we had returned the car for an early flight.
The first Uber was a Tesla Model 3. It was very interesting and not bad as a passenger. The driver really liked it and it had 140k in 1 year on it!
2nd Uber was a BYD. Wow! By comparison it was way nicer than the Tesla. Better finish and fit and really nice. The driver said it was great to drive, but as a daily he would only buy a gas powered vehicle due to troubles finding chargers.
I can see now why Tesla are scared of these cars coming to North America. The Tesla while fine, looked like a 10 year old design compared to the BYD.
Still not hating on electrical vehicles, but a big difference in living with one in a warm climate year around and where we live. I would consider a small electric car for running around Calgary.
