FCP should have most everything the car needs to get running. Your only real issues is the rear AWD suspension and brake parts IIRC.

Sounds like you have a good grip on the basic stuff.
'99 was a transition year - abscate has a thread here somewhere, search for 'bastard' - so some parts may be tricky to source.
Depending on the working conditions dropping the rear subframe for the pump may be quite the chore, and since the car is a bit of a question mark consider the idea of cutting an access hole in the floor. The resulting repair is completely hidden by the rear seat back. Robert has used the method several times and one of his vids shows details on the right spot. That would obviously be the fastest way to get it running.
There are a couple of R specific things that might need attention once it fires, so keep us in the loop.
And of course nobody will believe the story until we see the pictures.

Not much of a red fan myself honestly but it was what was available to me
