I have managed to get it running and obviously need to procure a dp or spend the time to fabricate one. I found one with the cat on ebay for 402.00 but like everything on ebay I always question quality, I am posting the link below and if anyone has experience with it I would appreciate hearing from you. The other option I found was from Viva performance, price on theirs is ~1400 and a 6-8 week timeline, quite the investment. Appreciate any advice.
This downpipe from Vast is the only good one available for AWD, and is half the price of the Viva one:

When they first came out, it was a couple weeks as they were made to order at the time. Looking at the website now, it appears like they may be a stocked item, but I can't confirm. They're usually good about reaching out after an item is ordered if there's a wait time

Thank you again. Is there a good dual exhaust cat back that isn't obnoxious available for my car or is custom the way to go?

The 2000 R had a factory dual exhaust that's great - assuming you can find one these days, which is essentially impossible. There are no currently produced AWD dual exhaust systems, so you'll be hunting down an old Eurosport/Simons/Jetex (probably for years, as they're also very difficult to find these days).

If you're alright with the single exit, you can delete the resonator on the right side with minimal effort (just a straight section of pipe and a new hanger and you're good to go) and it results in a fantastic setup - sounds great, is decently loud under load but quiet around town, and doesn't drone at all.

I would be careful if going custom - it's really easy to make them ungodly droney on the highway unless you really spend some money on quality stuff and do your research. The stock system actually flows decently well, so I'd stick with that for now (with the resonator delete for fun but restrained noises) unless it's completely rusted out or something.

Yeah, not too sure I will get that lucky on the exhaust. If you think it would be fine as is with the 3" dp and cat you recommended I will run it that way. I despise droning and obnoxious burbles lol

Yeah, the stock exhaust will be just fine, even with the performance downpipe. The biggest restriction from the factory by far is the giant factory cat, so you’ll be flowing better regardless. The downpipe even comes with a piece to adapt it to a stock catback.

I’d personally run it like that - the entire time my car was AWD, I ran the stock system with the right resonator deleted and was super happy with it.

That’s not the dual exit version, nor is it as good as the stock system. Fine as a stock replacement - if it were in stock anywhere, which it isn’t. Again, AWD parts availability continues to be rough.

I ran the Kat with a Bosal cat and a large down pipe, it was pretty awesome for breathing. The stock Awd is two mufflers, single exit. I though the R was the same?

It is, except for model year 2000 R, which has factory dual tips - OP was interested in a dual-exit system, like this:

This one happens to be custom, but there was a factory dual-exit on MY00 R only. It's hard to find a picture of - here's the system, installed on an S70 AWD:
