Neither of mine are close, but my mechanic buddies 850 AWD manual is over 250k miles, the 02 XC70 I helped to keep on the road has about the same mileage, and the 96 850 10V I helped keep on the road last year had well over 300k miles on it. So there are a few still getting up there.
