Digital tripmeter counting too fast. 1995 Volvo 850 93kW

Post by Moose69 »

After disconnecting and reconnecting lights, the digital tripmeter is counting way too fast (tens of kms in a second). The car is wired to get info to the computer from the drivers side abs sensor. Everything else is working perfectly.
Could it still be the wiring connections even though it comes from the same wire.
Thanks!

I think the speed sensor data comes from the AB’s control unit on these cars, so the wheel sensor data is probably the wrong input
