The following is a question sent to me via email from EVD in Holland. This is the translation from Dutch. If you can help, please leave what you know.
I'll direct EVD to this thread, and he may possibly create a forum account.
At the moment I am looking for 2 items: 1. A bolt for fastening the intake manifold of a Volvo S60 (2001) These are bolts with flanges, with on the head: BUF 0 M 8.8 with dimensions 6.43mm x 30mm (1/4"). So this is not a metric thread. In an attempt to unscrew the manifold, I loosened one of the bottom bolts a little too far, causing the bolt to fall out, and was no longer to be found. 2. I want to make the TPS on the ETM (magneto marelli) contactless. The throttle body is easy to detach, but the cable is "braided" behind the starter motor. The plug can't go through. The cable is long enough, so I want to cut off the plug so that the cable is easier to pull out. But then a new plug has to be plugged in. Can someone tell me where I could buy similar plugs; a brand is not visible on them. The plug is 2x3 pin (2x3 above each other).

remove the starter, don't cut the wire. Its not difficult.
Junkyard or salvage yard for the bolt.
or remove a second bolt and use it as a reference buy another, volvo dealership or hardware store.

The starter rear plate ( right side or car) traps the ETM cable on p80 and early P2 cars.
Do not cut the cable! It has CANBUS communication cales that do not splice well
Remove the rear starter plate and scrap it, it isn’t needed and was removed by Volvo in2002
