are there multiple diameters for the rear brakes like on the front rotors?

im going to attempt my own rotor replacement on my 2006 ocean race xc90

Ocean Race are oddball specs. Is your car a V8 or 2.5T? For the 2.5T for the AWD I can only see one option listed. If you have a FWD, there are 2 options. If you are concerned, call a Volvo dealer with your Vin# and ask for the part number.

Ocean Race was V8 AWD only for the US market segment. The rear rotors are 308mm, PN 31471824 (supersession: 31423152).

edit- Not NA, just US.

Maybe the US market, as we got the 2.5T XC90 in Ocean Race here as well as the XC70.

You get lots of nice things , North of the Medicine Line , that the Creator deems us unworthy. You do get Air Canada to keep you humble, though.

Next time someone sees a Canadian Ocean Race that's NOT a V8, please get a photo of the glovebox. I'm looking for the 800 limited edition plaque or lack thereof. Looks like this:

There's a guy with a 2.5T Ocean Race in Slovenia, no plaque. I have a certificate as well.

Appreciate noting the distinction of US versus North America market segment. There's a limited series of 800 Ocean Race X90s, maybe it's just USA, maybe it's just the V8 subset. Volvo corporate is of little help, they still cannot tell me how many 07 and 08 XC90 V8 Sports were built before the R/D moniker came along in 2009 and the I6 was added to the badge.
