Hey I have a 1999 Volvo C70 HPT & have a lot of modifications, I’m just not sure how to go about an ECU tune if I should go to a dyno shop or ship out my ecu not really sure how this works if someone could help me out trying to push 285-300hp, I’ve been adding parts since I was 16 and I’m trying to get it back on the road, recommendations on what else I should do too

Hilton Tuning is the only one I know of that tunes '99+ model years. You might get some other leads over on Swedespeed.
