If only I had an m56. Otherwise how much of a nightmare is printing nylon?

Nice-looking bit of kit.

We do a bit of printing with Nylon (and higher temp industrial materials) at work. It's not terrible to print with the proper equipment.

Ive heard if you prep everything right you can print nylon on a bambu lab printer. Im sure your job has better options but the little guys like me want to use that stuff too.

Nylon prints & performs well IF you:

- Use a more modern PA blend (CoPA by Polymaker for us).
- Dry it / keep it dry (requires AMS-HT units).
- Print it SLOW (I'd say takes > x2 as long compared to standard materials we use like ASA).
- Print in a heater chamber (requires Bambu Lab H2Ds for us).
- Anneal the parts thereafter.

So... about $5000 worth of equipment for us. Could it be done cheaper. For sure. But our parts are STRONG and the consistency is great, so not complaining.
