I'm assuming you left out a digit or two here?

I remember seeing that discussion in the VS thread.

Do you think that matters?
It absolutely matters. The NA ECUs don't have the components populated on the board for the TCV control.
Just two 0 Ohm 0805 resistor are missing, and one 2.2k 0805 resistor should be removed. Their pads are easily traced via multimeter, or you can search VS thread for the photo of pads

Is there anyway that you can help me with that?
How do I find the thread?

The discussion and pics for the mod should be HERE. (I used the (site search in Google, as the search on the website itself kinda sucks)

I was wrong and they are ZERO Ohm resistors (so jumpers basically)

This is my NA ECU, but it is different from the one on the link you sent me. Seems like is missing a chip.

Do you think it will be able to "solder" to transform this NA to turbo version?

That chip isn't a needed item. Not sure what it is, but it's not on a few of the turbo boards I've looked at.

There should be no problem with mod the board you have. They're surface mount components, and there is already solder on the pads on the board.

Can you post a pic of the label from the ECU?

After using the multimeter is seems the B41 (TC) is connected to the pad of the missing chip. The one missing on the green circle: https://prnt.sc/6MWUiIyI5DZ1

This is the label: https://prnt.sc/zrdT6vi6KVWK

Thanks very much for your help.

As I said, it shouldn't matter.

This is a 98MY S/V70 M4.4 LPT turbo ECU, and it doesn't have that chip either.

Has anyone installed a live eprom editing emulator? E.g. Moates Ostrich 2.0 or Cobra RT?
