Hi All,
I have an S80 D5 from 2007. Sometimes the car does not start after the angine was not started at least for a day. If I keep the fuel pump working longer than usual, the car starts perfectly.
Yesterday I made a measurement for injector fuel return quantity. The max amount did not reached 40ml/min. There were a strange thing: I disconnected the return line, and I started the vehicle for 1 min, while about 1000ml fuel came out from the return line (I left the disconnected return line on the top of the engine). My guess is the fuel pump pressure regulator suction control valve issue.
Any guess?
Thank you.
