The time has come. Pulled out the liftgate pistons while waiting for new ones to be delivered. I only cracked 3 plastic panels getting to them.

Yeah, those rear panels like to crack for the hell of it. They get so brittle with age.

To me, if i can't find a blue interior, i will rebuild the rear in wood...

Ive had so many panel crumble into dozens of pieces, im about ready to just drive around with no trim panels at all.

She can no longer come out to play. Good in a way she sits at a friend's driveway or else I be sad seeing her in that condition everyday and not being able to help :cry: . Less than 1000 miles on those Goodyears, C70 subframe brace, poly inserts, new HD rear spring and shocks plus front strut tower brace :( . New front struts still in box and I think there are front and rear brake rotors and pad from FCP still in the box also.

Got my tailgate pistons installed. I went with the cheaper option from FCP and Im very happy with them. Nice smooth function. I have not experienced the door popping open.
