Sacer installation on original etm. how to tune voltage!?

Hi i've had a frustrated go at trying to stop my s80 from going intoo limp home mode,I ended up placing the sacer unit on my original etm ,it does drive but after a short time it falls intoo limp home mode.I believe this is due to the voltage difference.So My Question is does anyone know how to change the voltage with the sacer unit installed.I have searched and searched with no instruction other than a thread saying that you do so by turning the magnet.I dont see this beeing the way and if it is thier is no instruction available that I can find .Im hoping someone can shed some light.pls and thankyou.
