1999 V70XC Radiator Cooling Fan

Post by klojbg »

Excessive end play on motor caused the blade assy to bind causing overheating in city driving or at idle.
I have a 1995 850T cooling fan assembly in good condition. The only visable difference is the contour of the blades. Any electrical/performance problems with installing the 850 assy in the XC?
I am retired and on social security, and the 401k's are a bit sick at the moment so new parts are not a practical solution.
Thanks of any useful inputs.
Current Stable.

I know the part numbers are different....I would say just try it and see what happens...many of the parts from earlier models are interchangeable.
