The truck was red originally, but the bed had been resprayed with a industrial yellow paint. The bed is the only part that is requiring this amount of sanding. I'm stuck having to use my woodworking DA sander along with a couple of drill attachments, and of course hand/finger sanding. I still have a bit more to do, but I know it will never be 100%. Obviously need some kind of blasting for that to happen.

^ Some kind of hopper and a gun. I did it once. Had to rent a big tow behind gas compressor like you use for a jackhammer. Stupid amount of sand, which stayed in the area for years after. I think taking the vehicle into a blasting shop, or having one of the environmentally friendly mobile services that use things like walnut shells, would be the best way to go.

Baking soda blasting is a fairly new thing. No risk of silicosis.
I think the same equipment as typical sand blasting.

Anyone here that specializes in RV power systems?
I know it's a strange place to ask about it, but I need to talk to someone that has in depth experience with rv power systems. Whether I build a basic 15/20A household charging system or an upgraded 30A rv type, I need input on what all I need to make it happen. I plan to have 2 large batteries (no battery format, chemical type, or numericals here for sake of teasers), then an outdoor wall plugin. I want to use an AC to DC converter. I thought if I used a 55A version like this https://ebay.us/m/M61pL6 , I could make it a 30A setup.

That's more than its MSRP when new. I have a 2017, non-SE, with 81k and get asked to sell it every so often by my local VW dealer. A couple times via notes left on it while parked.
They sold poorly nationwide (but very well in Colorado), so they were done after three model years, 2017-2019. American's lust for SUVs is real and not to be underestimated.
BTW I've gotten 40mpg several times on 500 miles roadtrips. I love my Alltrack. It's a VERY fun car, and it handles like a 2200-lbs 80s econobox... tight/light, though it's 3400-ish pounds, as much as an 850. I paid $24k including tax, tags, fees, hamburger, fries, and a Coke. I love Volvos and have since the 80s but until my spoons are silver I don't think I'll be buying a new Volvo.
The EX30 was tempting but in the end the interior was just too cold for me, and don't get me started on the touchscreen (just kidding
, I'm already started on that and will not give up my Class A Touchscreen Roast-Fest Jihad, ever).
