One-minute video - noise 4 times.
The noise appears after a few minutes, whether the car is stopped (engine running) or driving slowly.

I've never heard a car make this type of sound, does it make it when the engine is not running? I'd check the trunk, make sure there isn't anything alive in there.

2015 S60 T5 RWD? Since when? Are they not all FWD or AWD?

Either way, it may be something to do with the electronic parking brake unit. They can get hung up with corrosion. The motor may then not be able to then work correctly. Can't think of anything else back there that would cause that noise.
