Another Mopar story from my youth:
A college friend had a Charger of about the same year. It did not have a Hemi but some large V8.
One night three of us went to the local drag races and drank beer. Then we decided, no it was more raw impulse, to go to the off campus bar crawl. The Charger owner says we could do a burn out if we had a can of transmission oil. I said I would buy it. We got the oil and he instructed to pour half the can in front of each rear tire. Then he eased forward on the oil and started spinning the tires.
It made a cloud of smoke, lots of noise, and great fun. I told the owner to go around and do it again.
We did and then he said we should leave before the police showed up.
We escaped.

Considering how bad an influence the other guys were, I may be the only one breathing.

That is the car I wanted in 1974. What Dad found and I got was 1970 Ford Torino GT with 302 V8 and automatic.
