Had a post similar to this that I thought I had fixed. I have not.
Long story short I have a clunk sound while turning at low speeds over surface level changes. (i.e. pulling out of a driveway that is facing downhill while turning left onto a road. Clunk seems to mostly only happen when turning left but does happen sometimes when simply turning any direction at slow speeds. It is completely unnoticeable at hwy speeds when turning or shifting lanes. Almost seems like I can recreate the sound with the car running in park when I steer from left to right and back, but not 100% sure that is the same sound. Almost like a single clunk.
So far I have replaced all of the following thinking they contributed to the noise.
Steering rack
Tie rods
Complete strut assemblies
Wheel hubs
Sway bar links
Driver and passenger axles
Brake pads brake rotors
Every motor mount
Both lower control arms
Sound is still there and I can't pinpoint it. Simply sounds like taking a metal pipe and tapping a piece of metal.
Is it possible that it is my differential inside the transmission? That is about the only thing I think is left at this point. As always. Appreciate the help!

Seems to be the inner cv knocking against the transmission. Added a poor video but it sounds like the metal on the inner cv is knocking on the side.

Are you cv axles original(new or used)? From video it is hard to judge if there is excessive play between splines of the axle and transmission housing. If it was a used axle, i can possibly stretch that it is worn somewhat, but you will have this clunk on quick acceleration each time. Not a specialist in c30, but xc70 has an notorious"axle ping" which is pampered with rubber "washer" between axle and axle bolt. Maybe you have the same?

Mine only clunks at low speed turns and normally left but especially when turning over an uneven surface. That knocking sound in the video is what it sounds like when I turn like that. Sound is identical. I actually have swapped the cv axle with new and used and get same sound so I was concerned that the receiver on thw transmission side could be loose causing the axle to knock against the side of the transmission

.
Get a fine needle for your grease gun. Inject grease directly into the bearings at 12, 3, 6 and 9 to see if the noise goes away. Does sound pretty dry. Use a tube of bearing grease or Lucas Red Tacky and massage in as much as possible through the boot. Very little should seep out with time.
You can wrap with some wide felt self sticking tape if you choose. Still holding up after re-greasing and mending going over two years on the 09 S60 2.5T AWD. Do not get the heat resistant tape as it's too stiff. Be sure to wrap counter-clock wise of tire rotation so it won't unravel.
