Just turning the tie rods evenly may not do the trick. Regardless which way the steering is off you need to measure the Toe to see if it's Toe In or Toe Out with the steering wheel centered before deciding which Tie Rod(s) to turn. Use trash bags under the wheels for less friction and with engine running when centering the steering for measurement. Depending if it's Toe In or Toe Out and which way the steering is pointed left or right while driving you can determine which Tie Rod to adjust.

Chieber , I think the side marker harness drops from the top harness, not from the front. I grabbed a picture of it when I pulled one from a wreck yo make a 1998 ECT harness from it.
