Impossible, what happened to our "all electric" future by 2030? I wonder what next "evil" surprise volvo will make..likely will decide to resurect wagons and start to put analog gauges and buttons to control climate unit? The only thing that can trump that is a 5cyl engine mated to 5 speed manual.

This was the pinnacle of automobiles. This was the peak, the crest, the shining city on the hill.

Then we flew too close to the sun. Look at this and tell me I'm wrong:

My father, won't stop talking about getting his hands on an 850 wagon NA stick :D .... To him P80s were the pinnacle. He lives across the pond though and there's not many of them for sale. The few that are listed are beginning to command BaT prices. People tend to hold onto them.

He's debating on getting a $1000 Bordeaux '95 850 NA with the 10V engine as a retirement project. But it's a sedan and he's either a wagon or hatchback man.

Oh well... At least he has his hydropneumatic suspension Citroën...

Data Centers. As a humanity we are too lazy and impatient to do research so all our electricity will go to Copilot, Grok and ChatGPT lol. But hey, we’ll have cool memes. Sorry for the rant…funny how companies just a few years ago were all about sustainability and now they can’t get enough water and electricity to keep their data centers going. I hate the hypocrisy.

Now back to peak Volvos! (P2 chassis of course.)
