how do you access the top shock mounts (rear) on a c70 conv????????

For some strange reason VADIS does not have this information.

However, the top mounts are just about under the rear seats so you have to remove them, cushion, arm rest, head restraints and back rest.

Remove the arm rest. The cushion pulls up and out exposing two nuts which hold the back rest in place. I believe you may have to remove the head restraints before the back rest will come out. The head restraint catches are behind the back rest, one each side. Reach through the hole where the arm rest goes, press in the catch and pull up the restraint. You should then see the nuts for the shocks.

It is a good job this is not a weekly task!!!
