QUestion about my A/C

I have a C70 2011. Few days ago I hear a very laud noise, it was the A/C compressor locked and broke the 2 belt A/C and alternator, replace them and replace the compressor. When I tried to vacuum the system, will not get to the recommended -30 on the manometer, then I was advice that maybe there was a contamination and I need to flash the hoses and I did, I disconnect the hoses and flash them from side to side the 4 of the and replace the orifice tube with a new one, I also flash the accumulator. Then it hold the vacuum I charged it with refrigerant 134a about 535 g. and the freon is there. I didn't do anything to the condenser or evaporator.
The thing is it didn't produce cold enough. So earlier today I went out to wash the car, it was hot inside the car during the wash but suddenly it started to get cold, not so cold but cold that I could feel it. So my question is...was the cold cause because the car wash splash cold water on the condenser?? Is that mean that the condenser need to be replace? If it is I'm not affraid of working, it take a little work but is just few hours and not very difficult . Anyway, if someone have an idea, thank you
