2001 S 60 throttle body problem

The car intermitently loses power and runs only at idle speed. Suddenly goes to full power and after a while or after many miles loses it again.
OBDII fails to communicate with scanner - I have trie two differnt high end scanners.
A throttle body # 8644345 65cfm9
I found another on Ebay 65cfm. My question - is it compatible?

Ahoj! You want the one with the yellow label, it is the updated version. ETM can be reflashed to your car if needed, too.
