Need suggestion for front calipers - 2004 V70 2.5T

@cn90 - great video! Do you think that putting an 8mm OD copper washer in the caliper's bleed screw receptacle and then inserting & tightening the bleed screw would end up making a flared washer? I don't have any flaring tools.

If you use a thin copper washer, it should work. Check local Ace Hardware store for small copper washer. Or local carburator repair shop.

I concede that a copper washer is more likely fix than lapping the seat. I had not thought of washer plan.

While weighing various options for fixing my brake bleeder valve leak, it decided to fix itself! I've had household water shutoff valves leak after using them only to stop after the packing swelled back up but that would not be the case here. Every now & then you catch a break!

One thing to get a couple drops of water in your basement and another to have your brakes fail with your family inside.
Even with the home, it is cheaper to fix the issue initially, then to deal with consequences
