Who could rebuild this?
I did a smoke test to see where the leak was. The billows are not opening or not fully opening. The leak is in the back of the console where the buttons are.
It needs to be rebuilt— any suggestions?

Wow - it lasted 35 years. I have no idea how to rebuild. But you may be able to get a working used one.
