Advice on potential purchase of '07 XC70

Had that same year/model/color - miss it. Freak'n TANK and it drove really nice on the highway.
If the PCV system is clogged I wouldn't buy it. I'm not saying it is... but it might be.
Timing belt due? (I didn't read the ad very closely, just suggesting).
You will need a special tool (I know, shocker) to do the ball joints. I happen to have one I'm considering selling.
I think that was one of the best wagons made.
