Timing belt, cam seals 2013 S60 2.5t

Hello all,

I have a 2013 S60 2.5t fwd. 101,000 miles.
Got the dreaded whistling sound and checked the oil cap and immediately the cap was sucking air. Did not drive car and replaced the oil filter housing/pcv and fixed issue. I am however needing to due belt and cam seals as I have a feeling the seals are now causing an oil leak.
I have read that I don't need locking tool for belt and to just make sure I mark everything. Is there a tool needed for cam seals?
Also anyone recommend a kit that would take care of all my parts while I'm in there?

Ok guys was starting to do this job and all videos I watched they didn't show this on the camshaft. All the videos I watched were just showing the black pucks or covers that you pull out. What exactly is this??

Well figured what this part is. No have to order gaskets for this. My problems now are the cam sensor tone ring as those start bolts are in there right as f$%k

Got the cam sensor bolts out and will replace with new as they are a little chewed.
No my next question is the cams. One is level and the other is slightly off. The timing marks are correct where the belt goes. Is this normal? Also I have not removed the old timing belt yet.
