Adding remote 04 XC90

Hey all,

running into an issue here and cant seem to figure out what Im doing wrong. Went the V dash route for now, as adding remotes is seemingly free. I bought new remotes, not OEM, and they came with seed and remote codes. I get to the part where Im adding in said codes, and V dash keeps coming back as the codes are inputted incorrectly.

Remote code is 8 digits. Fairly straight forward.
Seed codes are 16 digits, separated by dashes. I have tried it with and without dashes and neither seems acceptable to V dash.

If you have previously added remotes with V dash, please give me a step by step, as Im not totally inept, and hopefully its something silly or stupid Im doing wrong. My only other avenue appears to be via official Vida , subscriptions and downloads.

2004 XC90, T6, functioning Vida, Dice, Mongoose and V dash.
