Finding a P80 Volvo Guru(Yoda) in Pennsylvania

Hey everyone,

I am hoping for some suggestions to find a Volvo guru in the Philly suburbs or at least Pennsylvania area.
I drive a 1999 S70 GLT

What I'd really love is to find a small independent shop, someone who knows the P80 platform from back in the day, and just pay them for their time. Not necessarily to do any work right now, just to drive the car with me, talk through what they're seeing, and help me put together a road map of immediate and longer term projects.
A general health check with someone who actually knows these cars. A Yoda situation basically.
Any thoughts on either front would be really appreciated.
