are all s70 parcel shelf speakers the same?

As in by year and/or trim level.
My right rear produces no sound. Hooked up a cheap meter to the wires and there is changing voltage

If you believe the Volvo parts websites, The P2 sedans (S60/S80) also use the same rear parcel speaker. My doubts on this info is that they also list the speaker as fitting a V70 and V70 XC P80?? I had one and these were not fitted to it!!

Otherwise, it looks like they sold 'kits' which I think basically included the mounting hardware (some bolts or rivets). One version of the 'kit' is just supersedes the other one. The #12 is just the speaker, but in all cases they are NLA:

Looking at the S60 page for loudspeakers basically agrees this is nonsense unfortunately. However, the early S80 does list this speaker as an option. It is a 40W speaker. It also lists a bunch of others, so maybe the 100W versions may fit?

Thank you for that. Including S60's makes it easier to find a junkyard (newer) one. I found a 1998 Brochure and even base S70 and S80 had 8 speakers so trim level is not an issue. Lucky enough to have 2 S70s in a local Pick-n-Pull. There is also a 2004 S60 which just happens to be a T5 manual!
