Hey everyone, bought a V70 III (D4) with a known minor coolant loss and drove it 600 km home. Here’s what happened:

• On the way, kept getting the “coolant level low, stop vehicle” warning
• After stopping, the expansion tank was nearly empty – I topped it up, and shortly after it spat coolant back out through the overflow
• Overall no real coolant loss over the whole trip, just this behavior every time I stopped
• Shortly before arriving, I deliberately floored it: engine and transmission went into limp mode, RPM got stuck at 3000, coolant temp spiked to 110°C
• After manually downshifting (automatic transmission), temp dropped back to 90°C within 2 seconds
• At home: ran a CO2 test (block test), came back negative – could it still be a head gasket, or more likely EGR cooler, thermostat, water pump?
• Scanned the fault codes, image attached

What do you all think it could be? Appreciate any ideas
