V50 2012 D5 TF80SC 30667211 Upgrade

Hi everyone,
Having a little trouble with a V50, 2012, D5 with the TF80FC box.

The gearbox is clunking, jerking and doing everything apart from being smooth.
Volvo dealer has sold a new valve body that has been fitted but they are refusing to take the vehicle in for the latest tcm upgrade 30667211 that is listed for the vehicle.

They are saying they don't take in vehicle's over 6 years old anymore. This is the third time I have directed a customer to a volvo dealer and the dealer turns them away every time.

I can flash the files manually however I have no clue what part number vbf's are included inside of 30667211.

If anyone can help, has a copy of the files, or had their vehicle updated and have the latest version applied. I'm hoping you can help.

As for the customer, i've advised them to seek legal advise, can't see why a dealer is allowed to sell a part then refuse to programme it.
