And I apologize for taking us so long to get back to you
No problem. I'm having the same problem.

I don't know anything about the 99 and newer P80 but the 98 and previous P80s do not have a dedicated ECU for the manual as far as I know. The automatics are the ones that have their own computer. The one thing that I don't have is the flywheel, but I think I read somewhere that the auto and manual used the same flywheel. One of them has the second layer secured with t50 bolts and the other has the second layer unbolted.

You can tell that I don't have as much knowledge as others do.

Besides searching the P-80 forums and asking the other members, you can also watch Robert DIY Spinner's YouTube videos. I think robert is the one that told me about the difference between the flywheel setup of the auto versus manual.

So? I’m almost ready to pull the trigger.
Only issue is shipping/transport.
Where do you stand?

IIRC, Your profile shows you're in California. I'm sure I can package it up somehow. Based on quoting another interested party from new Mexico a few months ago, either FedEx or UPS would probably want about $600 or more. Unless you're much closer than your profile shows.

Manual TCU doesn't exist.
Cars with manual transmission don't have TCM like cars with automatic transmission.
Different software is written in engine ecu for cars with manual trans.
