Are these check valves? 1997 Volvo 850 GLT

I have a check valve running from the T to the PCV on the turbo. The arrow on the check valve is facing towards the firewall as instructed in other forums (air flows towards PCV and NOT intake manifold). I'm assuming that there is supposed to be a second check valve from the manifold to the T before the solenoid? If so, which way should that arrow face? I have attacked a photo of the vacuum diagram from under my hood that really doesn't explain much, but I circled what I believe are the check valves.
