Oil Coolant Pipe 30637964

I have been looking for 3 weeks everywhere for this part. It fits onto the top of the oil cooler. 2006 s40i. Coolant voided all over parking lot, I filled reservoir with water and it drained out onto street immediately. Mechanic showed me photo- utterly corroded pipe. I must find a seller in the U.S. so garage can purchase the part and do the work. No Volvo site anywhere on the internet has it in stock new or used, and Volvo has discontinued it. Why is it so rare? Help me please. Suggestions?

Couldn't you get the connectors each side and make rebuild one ?

Thank you for reply. No, I will need a mechanic, I don't have skills to do so myself. A garage won't improvise on it, as they have liability. I've posted request in Classified part of site also. I believe that Volvo just recently discontinued the part.
