99 V70XC shift indicator light doesn't get power

Working on small stuffs before going for the oil pan drop for blocked PCV drain .
Was trying to fix shift button & shift indicator light replacement.
Took a few tries to pull the shift handle off. Got it done.
Then, took the center console out and replace the shift indicator bulb. Oops. It doesn't power on.
Checked the bulb with 12V. It lights fine.
Took the multimeter out and check the connector for the shift indicator. No power to it.
Only other electrical job done was VAST fuel pump with direct power supply.
Everything else on electrical seem to work. Tailgate open light still on since I haven't replaced the latch assembly.
Is ther a single fuse that will cause this?

Any suggestions what to look up or check?

I'm assuming you had the lights switched on when you were testing for voltage?

Yes. Iight was on.
I temporarily put console in just in case if there is anything relates to it, but still didn't work.
