ABS and Power steering take 10 sec to start

Sometimes when I start my 2014 XC60 the ABS and power steering lights stay on for 3 to 10+ seconds. There is no power steering during that time.

Then suddenly the lights go out and steering is back at 100% normal. I assume braking is too.

There are no error messages on the on board notification system. I can’t see any pattern to when this happens, but it’s always both of them simultaneously.

90% of the time it starts up normally in a second.

Any ideas what to check?

I wonder if it could be a case of either the main and/or aux battery getting weak. Does the starter crank up the engine with plenty of “oomph”?
