Rattle in the Trunk - Fixed :D

I have had an irritating rattle that came from the back end of my 850 for about 6 months. I have 98K on my 96 850. I have spent about 100 hours looking for this rattle. I have put it on a rack with the suspension hanging, on a drive on ramp with the wheels under load, removed all sound deadening from the truck and had my wife drive me around in the trunk so I could pinpoint the problem...

I found that the plastic housing that contains the trunk release would resonate at certain speeds (40 and 65mph). I put a piece of foam in between the housing and trunk frame and it has deadened the rattle.

Did you get any cute comments from any of the neighbors or motorists who likely saw you in the back of the 850 in awkward positions?
