Is it possible? I have an 850 in my driveway and would like to transfer it to my newly purchased XC70.

It's not the same size or shape and there's no way it will remotely fit
Sorry you have to buy a new one from Volvo and they're not all that cheap, but they DO come prepainted, unlike the Gen 1 wagon spoiler
