Hydraulic system on 850 trunk goes out

Hello,
Does anyone know if the extended warranty on a
failed hydraulic system on an 850 covers this kind
of problem.
The trunk slams now and I would like to fix it.

You are sol. New shocks can be had for $37 pair.

I spoke with dealer and he said he'd back me up on it.
Theres a 50 dollar deductible, probably plus labor.
Did you say 7 bucks for a pair?
Seems like it would be cheaper to do it myself.
