Help clicking sound when turning the wheel

It does this either stopped or going slow seems to not do it in the wet weather? any ideas?

CV joints / axle shafts
The fact that it stops if the road is wet is probably because the tires are slipping on the wet road and not causing as much stress on the bearings.

One of the axles was replaced a few months back the thing that gets me is it does it no matter what way you turn the wheel and its A slight click no like an axle shaft clicking

The slight click is how they start...probably the other side is now going bad unless the one that was replaced wasn't done correctly.
